Vocal Choppers are two slicing presets you can access from "Slice to New MIDI Track". Default ones give you limited options but those here are packed with useful stuff like adding reverb, delay, pitch, formants and volume effects. 

If that's not enough for you, I included a bonus rack with even more effects and premade presets.
